ATTENTION CUSTOMERS

As a means to aid in stopping the continued spread of the COVID-19 virus through the implementation of recommended Center for Disease Control (CDC) social distancing practices, the public lobby of Nice Mutual Water Company will be closed. Please use the drop box in the front door of the office to drop off your check, money order, or cash payment. When you drop off a payment through the drop box please include your billing stub. If you do not have your billing stub with you please include your service address and/or account number and phone number.  If a cash payment is put in the drop box we will mail you a receipt, please include your mailing address if it is different from your billing address on file. Our customer service representative will still be in the office during normal office hours to provide customer service by phone. We apologize for an inconvenience this may cause. Nice Mutual Water Companies primary concern is the safety of its customers and staff. Please wash your hands and stay healthy!

Card Processing Fee
Starting March 1 2020 there will be a 3% processing fee on credit/debit card payments. Nice Mutual Water Company has been paying the processing fees to run credit/debit card payments. This causes customers who don’t use credit/debit cards to pay their bill to subsidize the processing fees for the customer who do use credit/debit cards. Payments can also be made with checks, money orders and cash. If you are unable to make it to the office during office hours there is a drop box in the door you can submit your payment through. Payments can also be mailed to Nice Mutual Water Company at P.O. Box 578, Nice, CA 95464-0578. Please call our office at (707)274-1149 if you have any questions.

*ALERT*
POWER OUTAGES 

During planned or unplanned power outages, strict water conservation Is REQUIRED. This means NO outside water usage and minimal inside usage. We must conserve water so we will have enough water for fire protection. Nice Mutual Water Co has rented a generator to run the treatment plant during a planned or unplanned power outage. We will only be able to produce a limited amount of water. 




Monthly Public Meetingsare held the (3rd) third Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm in the Board Room at Nice Mutual Water Company, 3246 Lakeshore Blvd. Nice, CA.
 
Annual Shareholders Meeting is held the (4th) fourth Saturday of June at 1:00pm in the Board Room at Nice Mutual Water Company, 3246 Lakeshore Blvd. Nice, CA.
